Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary, and delays can occur during high-volume periods.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our made-to-order production process.


Processing Time

Orders typically require 3–7 business days for production and processing before shipment. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • High order volume

  • Holidays or promotions

  • Supply chain or production delays


Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–14 business days from the date of purchase

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


Shipping Delays

Dripped Brand Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Customs or postal delays


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, returned, or lost. We are not responsible for reshipping orders due to customer error.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Dripped Brand Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, including in the event of order refusal or delivery delays.


International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times may vary by destination.
