Dripped Brand Clothing

At Dripped Brand Clothing, we take pride in the quality and purpose behind every piece we sell. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.


14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of the date your order is marked as delivered.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at:

Return requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Item must include original tags and packaging

  • Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will be denied and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards (physical or digital)

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Items damaged due to improper care or misuse


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only

  • If the original payment method is no longer available, a digital gift card for the refund amount will be issued instead

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval (processing times may vary by financial institution)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us at CustomerServices@drippedbrand.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.


Right to Refuse Returns

Dripped Brand Clothing reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Excessive or suspicious return activity

  • Returns that do not meet policy requirements

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior

All decisions regarding returns and refunds are final.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing CustomerServices@drippedbrand.com with photos and order details. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.


Maryland Consumer Notice

This policy is designed to comply with applicable Maryland consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot be waived under Maryland law.
