Orders & Production

How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made to order. Production takes 3–7 business days, then shipping adds another 5–10 business days for US orders. Total estimated time: 8–17 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production begins quickly after your order is placed, we can only make changes within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Sizing

How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. Our streetwear pieces are cut with a relaxed, dropped-shoulder fit — check the guide before ordering since sizing can vary by style.

Do you offer plus sizes?
We carry a range of sizes across our collections. Check individual product pages for available size options.

Returns & Quality

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns for sizing issues?
Because items are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for sizing or preference reasons. Please use the size guide before ordering.
